Therefore, taking care of one's energy should be part and parcel of one's routine health maintenance.

Typically, many clients aren’t sure exactly what they want when they first contact us. They just know that something is out of balance and they need some help. We perform an intake with each client to assess their condition, then make a decision with the client as to what service or services will benefit the client the most.

At A Light Touch, practitioners undergo rigorous training and yearly recertification by the Modern Mystery School and must keep current with their training in order to effectively practice.
